No, the minimum applicable license thresholds are mandatory to purchase a given base plan. This customer should consider adding a Capacity upgrade SKU rather than going up the base plan tiers.

Only 1 base plan can be purchased per customer account. You can tune it for capacity or additional capabilities with upgrades and add-ons

Yes, multiple Shared events, Shared rooms or Shared account (Concurrent user) licneses can be purchased and/or combined with a base plan

Customer on Standard Plan will need to purchase at least one Pro pack to get account wide custom branding capability.

No, Capacity upgrades are named licenses hence can only be applied to the Standard, Premium and Enterprise Individual license base plans.

A Shared Event is defined as a single or multiple sequential sessions, with more than 3 attendees, held in a 24-hr window (from the start of the first session) . These may be a scheduled or ad-hoc session. Up to 3 attendees is Stand-by mode hence doesn’t count as a live event.
